The estimated value of the purchase order is USD 15,000.00. The required brand is Desso, Tarkett, color- AD08 9851, size of one tile: 50 x 50 cm. The Embassy currently has Tarkett carpet that was partially installed for a redesign project. That carpet is now discontinued, but a carpet within the same brand, with the same thickness, and color pallet is required. FAC Embassy employees visited multiple showrooms and received samples from more than one manufacturer of carpet tiles. The Tarkett branded carpets have the closest coloring match to the existing installed carpet that will not be replaced. This particular brand and color scheme (though not this tile) was selected by OBO's interior designers when the furniture was originally purchased. The price has been determined fair and reasonable.
