The U.S. Embassy Beirut, Lebanon has a requirement for internet services: 100mbps download and 100mbps upload Delivered preferably via fiber optic cable. Provision of the service via microwave dish/antenna is also acceptable. The anticipated services are for a base period of twelve months and four one-year periods at the option of the Government. All responsible sources may submit an electronic offer, which will be considered. The Government intends to award a contract resulting from this solicitation to the lowest priced technically acceptable offeror who is a responsible contractor. The Government may award the contract based on the initial offer without discussion.
