Architect/Engineer Services for Project Development and Design of a New Gas/Fuel Fill Station at the U.S. Embassy Vientiane Architectural and engineering (A&E) services are required for the development and design of a new gas/fuel fill station at the U.S. Embassy in Vientiane, Laos. A&E services are needed to support this project, including facility operations, infrastructure planning, and construction design. The contractor shall be responsible for providing complete architectural and engineering consulting and design services. These services may encompass multiple disciplines, including but not limited to architectural, mechanical, electrical, fire protection, structural, civil, seismic, infrastructure, utilities, site planning, technical security, physical security, interior finishes, landscaping, telecommunications, furniture, fixtures, and equipment. We will select an Architect/Engineer firm based on technical qualifications. Firms wishing to be considered for this service should submit the attached Standard Form 330, following the provided instructions. Evaluation criteria include: Relevant professional qualifications for the type of work required; Specialized experience and technical competence in similar projects; Demonstrated success in terms of quality of work and adherence to schedules; Capacity to accomplish the project; Knowledge of local conditions and regulations. Please submit a completed Standard Form 330 by 11:59 PM local time in Vientiane via electronic means to VientianeProcurement@state.gov. Resumes of key individuals may be attached to the SF-330 form.
