The Embassy of the United States in Monrovia, Liberia will launch the solicitation on the beta.SAM.gov website when it is available. The requirement is for the purchase of seven (7) Off-Road Motor vehicles for the U.S. Embassy Monrovia. The contract type will be a firm fixed price contract. Please note this is only an estimated quantity. All responsible sources may submit an offer, which will be considered. Note: The response date in this Synopsis is not a firm date. Please see the RFQ for the actual date. A SAM registration is required pursuant to FAR provision 5.207, and prospective offerors are encouraged to register prior to the submittal of quotations/proposals. All contractors have to be registered in the SAM (System for Award Management) Database https://www.sam.gov prior to contract award pursuant to FAR provision 52.204-7. Therefore, prospective offerors are encouraged to register prior to the submittal of quotations/proposals.
