The U.S. Embassy Astana, Kazakhstan requires Groundskeeping Services for Winter Season.The Contractor shall perform services, including furnishing all labor, material, equipment and services, for the U.S. Embassy, Astana Kazakhstan. The U.S. Embassy will pay the Contractor the fixed price per month for standard services that have been satisfactorily performed. The U.S. Embassy in Astana, Kazakhstan intends to award a contract to the responsible company submitting an acceptable offer at the lowest price. We intend to award a contract based on initial quotations, without holding discussions, although we may hold discussions with companies in the competitive range if there is a need to do so. Quotations are due by November 18, 2024 at 3pm of local Astana time (+5GMT). No quotations will be accepted after this time. Proposals must be in English and incomplete proposals will not be accepted. Period of Performance: 4 months starting from December 1st, 2024 till March 31st, 2025. DBA Insurance is required.
