The U.S. Embassy Astana, Kazakhstan requires Language Instruction Services.The Contractor shall provide 6840 (six thousand eight hundred and forty) of class(es) for the U.S. Embassy, Astana Kazakhstan. The contract will be for a one-year period from the date of the contract award, with 2 one-year options. During this contract period, the Government shall place orders totaling a minimum of 1900 (one thousand nine hundred) hours of classes. This reflects the contract minimum for this period of performance. The amount of all orders shall not exceed 6840 (six thousand eight hundred and forty) hours of classes This reflects the contract maximum for this period of performance. The purpose of this firm fixed price contract is to for the English, Russian and Kazakh Language Instructions. The U.S. Embassy in Astana, Kazakhstan intends to award a contract to the responsible company submitting an acceptable offer at the lowest price. We intend to award a contract based on initial quotations, without holding discussions, although we may hold discussions with companies in the competitive range if there is a need to do so. Quotations are due by August 30, 2024 at 3pm of local Astana time (+5GMT). No quotations will be accepted after this time. Proposals must be in English and incomplete proposals will not be accepted.
