The Embassy of the United States in Pristina issued the solicitation RFQ (Request for Quotation) on the beta.SAM.gov website and Embassy website: https://xk.usembassy.gov/embassy/pristina/contract-solicitations / The requirement is for providing Maintenance and Inspection services of the facility’s fuel systems for the U.S. Embassy in Pristina. The anticipated performance period is for a base year, with four one-year option periods, if exercised by the Government. The estimated cost of this RFQ is $130,000. Please note that these are only estimates. All responsible sources may submit a quotation, which will be considered. The Government may award the contract based on the initial offer without discussion. The resultant contract will be a firm fixed price type contract. All contractors must be registered in the SAM (System for Award Management) Database https://www.sam.gov prior to contract award pursuant to FAR provision 52.204-7. Therefore, prospective offerors are encouraged to register prior to the submittal of quotations/proposals.
