The U.S. Embassy in Kuwait has a requirement to obtain an urgent services from Al Arabi Company to completely replace the existing domestic water pumps with new ones, including the replacement of electrical panels and pipes related to the pumps. Supplying four new CRN32-4 water pumps of Grundfos make, Denmark, or equivalent along with stainless steel suction pipe with isolation, bronze foot valve strainer, filling valve and all applicable accessories and electrical panels (VFD control panel ABB brand or equal equivalent) that meet the specifications and requirements of the facilities. Installing the new water pumps, valves, water pipes, joints and electrical panels in accordance with manufacturer specifications and applicable codes and regulations. Testing and commissioning the new pumps and electrical panel(s) to ensure they are functioning properly and as required. Performs manufacturers recommended periodical services during the warranty period. Estimated period of performance/installation shall not exceed 1 month. In accordance with Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) 13.106-1(b)(1), the Contracting Officer has deemed only one source reasonably available.. The Contract has been awarded to Arabic Company with the estimated value for the entire period of performance is $ 60,000. (Sixty Thousand U.S. dollars).
