Subject: Amendment to Travel Management Services - RFQ 19KU2024Q0007 Due to recent update and changes requirements to the “Travel Management Services RFQ 19KU2024Q0002”, the Government has determined that it is necessary to issue this amendment to ensure compliance with FAR15.206 and to uphold the principles of fairness and transparency in the procurement process. This amendment to RFQ 19KU2024Q0002 has been carefully incorporated to align with the new changes of Government requirements. It is imperative that all interested offerors review these changes, complete section 15 of this amendment (SF30) and all tables (listed below) reflecting the amendments, and submit their new proposals accordingly. This amendment should be completed and submitted to Kuwait_Solicitation@state.gov no later than June 9, 2024, at 10:00 am Kuwait local time. Four (4) key changes/updates to RFQ 19KU2024Q0002 are listed in details in the amendment attachment and are breifly highlighted below: Offers new submission due date is hereby extended till June 9, 2024, at 10:00am Kuwait local time. Update to paragraph 7.0 “Minimum Personnel Requirement” and paragraph 20.0 “Key Personnel”. In accordance with the recent changes in Government requirements, the specifications for Key Personnel assigned to the new contract award have been revised. Contract duration: In light of the aforementioned changes, both the released RFQ amedment and subsequent contract award will be for a one-year period from the date to start services, with three one-year options to renew, instead of four (4) option years. Contract tentative start date remain the same, from October 1, 2024. Therefore, table(s) 2.3.B, 2.3.C, 2.3.D, 2.3.E, 2.3.F and 2.3.G are hereby updated accordingly to reflect hese changes and interested contractors are required to complete 2.3.C, 2.3.D, 2.3.E, 2.3.F and 2.3.G Attachment 4 is updated accordingly and interested offerors to complete
