If you would like to submit a quotation, follow the instructions in Section J of the solicitation, complete the required portions of the attached document, and submit it to the address shown on the Standard Form 1442 that follows this letter. The U.S. Government intends to award a purchase order to the responsible offeror submitting an acceptable offer at the lowest price. We intend to award a purchase order based on initial quotation, without holding discussions, although we may hold discussions with companies in the competitive range if there is a need to do so. Please refer to attached RFQ for the details of the solicitation.

The Embassy of the United States in Seoul, Korea requires Safety Handrail Installation at CMR compound of U.S. Embassy Seoul, Korea. The service requires installation of one side safety handrails on the stone steps at the four designated places of CMR compound to prevent residential fall hazards.The performance period will be 30 calendar days from the start date in the Notice to Proceed. All responsible sources may submit a quotation, which will be considered by the Contracting Officer. The Government plans to issue the solicitation in April 2025. The solicitation will be posted in SAM (System for Award Management) Database https://www.sam.gov-no paper copies will be made available. Please see the RFQ for the actual response date and for specific quotation requirements. An Offeror is required to be registered in the SAM (System for Award Management) Database https://www.sam.gov when submitting an offer or quotation more than $30,000 and shall continue to be registered until time of award, during performance, and through final payment of any contract, purchase order and blanket purchase agreement resulting from this solicitation.
