The Government intends to award a contract resulting from this solicitation to the lowest priced technically acceptable offeror who is a responsible contractor. The Government is planning a pre-quotation conference on April 9, 2025. The Embassy of the United States in Seoul, Korea requires Storm Ditch Cleaning Services at the Yongsan Embassy Housing (YEH) compound of the U.S. Embassy Seoul, Korea. The contract period will be one base year plus one option year for a total two years in which service period in a year is 60 days. All responsible sources may submit a quotation, which will be considered by the Contracting Officer. The Government plans to issue the solicitation in April 2025.
