The U.S. Embassy is using 563 lines for official purposes. The Contractor shall provide complete mobile telephones services for the U.S. Embassy in Seoul, Korea The prices listed below shall include all labor, materials, insurance (see FAR 52.228-4 and 52.228-5), overhead, and profit. The Government will pay the Contractor on a monthly basis for Standard Services that have been satisfactorily performed. Comparative evaluation is NOT a low price technically acceptable (LPTA) or trade-off process. The Embassy of the United States in Korea will launch the solicitation on the SAM.gov when it is available. The US Embassy in Seoul, Korea is seeking to acquire mobile telephone services for approximately 563 lines. The anticipated performance period is for a base year, with four one-year option periods, if exercised by the Government. All responsible sources may submit a quotation, which will be considered. The Government may award the contract based on the initial offer without discussion. The resultant contract will be a firm fixed price type contract. All contractors shall be registered in the SAM (System for Award Management) Database https://www.sam.gov prior to submitting an offer pursuant to FAR provision 52.204-7. Therefore, prospective offerors are encouraged to register prior to the submittal of quotations/proposals. This opportunity is subject to 52.229-12 - Tax on Certain Foreign Procurements Electronic Submission/Responses: This opportunity allows for electronic responses.
