Solicitation Notice: Solicitation No.19KS7023Q0004 for Janitorial Services is issued and posted as attached hereto. US Embassy Seoul requires offerors to submit offers for janitorial services which will be provided at 16 different locations of the embassy premises in Seoul, Korea. The Contractor shall perform janitorial work, including furnishing all labor, material, equipment and services, for the U.S. Embassy Seoul, Korea. The price listed below shall include all labor, materials, insurance (see FAR 52.228-4 and 52.228-5), overhead, and profit. The Government will pay the Contractor the fixed price per month for standard services that have been satisfactorily performed. The performance period of this contract is from the start date in the Notice to Proceed and continuing for 12 months, with four (4), one-year options to renew. The Embassy of the United States in Seoul Korea will launch the solicitation on SAM.gov when it is available, and no paper copies will be mailed. The Embassy of the United States in Seoul, Korea requires Janitorial Services. The contractor shall furnish managerial, administrative, and direct labor personnel to accomplish all work as required in the contract. The anticipated performance is for one base period and four one-year periods at the option of the Government. The resultant contract will be a firm fixed price type contract. All responsible sources may submit an offer, which will be considered. The Government may award the contract based on the initial offer without discussions.
