The Embassy of the United States in Seoul Korea will launch the solicitation on the SAM.gov website when it is available. The Embassy of the United States in Seoul, Korea requires House Trash and Garbage Removal Services for the U.S. Embassy Seoul, Korea. The contractor shall furnish managerial, administrative, and direct labor personnel to accomplish all work as required in the contract. The anticipated performance is for one base period and four one-year periods at the option of the Government. The resultant contract will be a firm fixed price type contract. All responsible sources may submit an offer, which will be considered. The Government is planning a pre-quotation conference and the date for this conference will be in the solicitation and plans to issue the solicitation in due course. This solicitation will be issued via https://sam.gov/opp, and no paper copies will be mailed. All contractors must be registered in the SAM (System for Award Management) Database https://www.sam.gov prior to contract award pursuant to FAR provision 52.204-7. Therefore, prospective offerors are encouraged to register prior to the submittal of quotations/proposals. This opportunity allows for electronic responses. Please submit your offer prior to the response date and time. Place of Contract Performance: U.S. EMBASSY Seoul General Services Office 10, Namyoung-dong, Yongsan-gu Seoul, Non-U.S. Korea, South Brief Statement of Work: The Contractor shall provide all personnel, equipment, labor, supplies, tools, materials, transportation, supervision and any other resources necessary to perform trash and garbage removal and disposal services from U.S. Government properties in accordance with all terms and conditions of this contract. Hazardous and all other regulated wastes are specifically excluded from this contract. Standard Services: The Contractor shall provide trash containers at designated locations as listed below. Site maps of the locations will be provided after award of the contract. Chancery Compound – Supply two (2) 4.5 ton containers and pick up two (2) times per week (Wed and Sat). Trash type: cardboard, wood, construction debris, shipping crates, etc. Chancery Cafeteria – Remove refuse from cafeteria service disposal site daily (Mon to Fri). Trash type: Food waste and trash. Chief Mission Residence (CMR) - Remove refuse from U.S. Government provided trash cans from the Ambassador’s residence two times per week (Wed and Sat). Trash type: Garbage and trash. Embassy Annex Compound – Supply two (2) 11 ton containers for Maintenance shop and Warehouse, and pick up one time per week (Fri). Trash type: Construction debris, paint cans, wood, carpet, furniture, metal, concrete, bricks and glass, small appliances, etc. Marine Security Guard Quarters (MSGQ) at Yongsan Garrison – Supply one (1) 2 ton container, and pick up two times per week (Tues and Fri). Trash type: Garbage and trash. U.S. Embassy Association (USEA) at Yongsan Garrison – Supply one (1) 4.5 ton container, and pick up two times per week (Tues and Fri). Trash type: Garbage and trash. Yongsan Embassy Housing (YEH) Compound at Yongsan Garrison – Remove refuse from U.S. Government provided trash cans from the total of 152 individual residences two times per week (Tues and Fri). Trash type: Garbage and trash Trash and Garbage Collection Schedule - The Contractor shall perform trash pickup services at designated locations during the specified date and time to be listed.
