Please note this solicitation is not ready to be issued as of this date. The Embassy of the United States in (Kenya) will launch the solicitation on the SAM.gov website when it is available. The Contractor shall provide mobile telephone services to the Embassy of the United States of America in Nairobi.. The prices listed below shall include all labor, materials, insurance (see FAR 52.228-4 and 52.228-5), overhead, and profit. The contractor shall provide SIM cards and e-SIM cards with Kenyan based phone numbers subject to the provisions in the Performance Work Statement (PWS) The Government will pay the Contractor on a monthly basis for Standard Services that have been satisfactorily performed. The Contractor must ensure that data services under this contract are on the 5G network whenever possible, then 4G/LTE service where available, and other slower services on a fallback basis and only when no newer, faster network infrastructure is available. The anticipated performance period is for a base year, with four one-year option periods, if exercised by the Government. All responsible sources may submit a quotation, which will be considered. The Government may award the contract based on the initial offer without discussion. The resultant contract will be a firm fixed price type contract. All contractors must be registered in the SAM (System for Award Management) Database https://www.sam.gov prior to submitting an offer pursuant to FAR provision 52.204-7. Therefore, prospective offerors are encouraged to register prior to the submittal of quotations/proposals.
