Update This soliciation is hereby amended to change the site visit requirements as follows; The Embassy has rescheduled the mandatory pre-quotation conference and site visit. The pre-proposal conference will be held on February 08, 2023 11 a.m. at KEMRI Mbagathi . Prospective offerors interested in attending the pre-quotation conference and site visit should send contact details of the personnel to attend the site visit by February 06, 2023, at 10.00am (include contact Name and ID Number) to NairobiGSO-Contracts@state.gov, only those who have been granted access clearance shall take part in the site visit. All visitors must have a valid photo ID (National ID or Passport) Original The resultant contract will be a firm fixed price internet services contract. The Government is planning a pre-proposal conference and the date for this conference is in the attached solicitation. The requirement is for Internet services for the CDC Offices in Nairobi and Kisumu. The anticipated period of performance is Base plus 2 one year option renewals. All responsible sources may submit an offer, which will be considered subject to attending the mandatory site visits. The successful offeror(s) will be required to have an Unique Entity Identifier (UEI) number and shall be registered in the SAM (System for Award Management) database https://sam.gov/ prior to contract award pursuant to FAR provision 5.207. Therefore, prospective offerors are encouraged to register prior to the submittal of their proposal.
