The Government has proposed a pre-proposal conference date of Monday, February 22, 2021, via Webex; details may be found in Section L 8.1 in the solicitation. To obtain access to the virtual meeting, prospective offerors should send an email to NairobiGSO-Contracts@state.gov no later than 10:00 am. East African Time on February 19, 2021. The requirement is for Group Life and Disability Insurance services to Local Staff Employees of the Government of the United States of America in Kenya . Please note these are only estimated quantities. The anticipated performance is for a base period of twelve months with four twelve-month option periods at the option of the Government. All responsible sources may submit an offer, which will be considered. The solicitation will be issued via Beta.sam (see attached).
