Solicitation Amendment 0003 The solicitation is amended as follows; i. To correct block 11 to be consistent with the solicitation due date March 8, 2021 Solicitation Amendment 0002 The solicitation is amended to include Peace Corps Kenya as a Rider per attached documents as follows; i. Under B. 1.1. insert “U. S. Peace Corps Kenya” ii. Under C 1.4.3 insert “U.S. Peace Corps Kenya PSC Contractors and Dependents participants” iii.Under C 1.5 insert “U.S. Peace Corps Kenya Contractors” iv. Under G 4.4 insert “U.S. Peace Corps Kenya PSC Contractors and Dependents participants” v. Insert Exhibit G “U.S. Peace Corps Kenya Contractors Rider Statistics” Per i, ii, iii, iv and v above, replace the pages below with the previous ones in the solicitation. As indicated during the Health Insurance Services (19KE5021R0001) pre-solicitation conference held on February 03, 2021, kindly see attached, the following document; i. The answers to questions received by prospective offerors before and after the pre-solicitation conference. Solicitation Amendment 1 A. The solicitation is amended to correct the pricing tables B. 2.3 Base Year, B. 2.4 First Option Year, B 2.5 Second Option Year, B 2.6 Third Option Year, B 2.7 per attached documents as follows; i. Under Category column line item a. is amended to read, “Self (1 covered individual)”; b. is amended to read. “Self Plus One (Two Individuals)” ; c. is amended to read, “Families (3 or more individuals) ***” ii. Under bi-weekly rates per employee column, the estimated number of individuals are amended to read, “76, 124 and 713” for lines a, b and c respectively. Per i, ii above, replace the pages attached with the previous ones in the solicitation. B. Table B. 2.8 has been introduced to provide a breakdown of the family sizes. C. Following the Pre-Proposal Conference held on February 03 at 10:00 am, attached are; i. The conference minutes (see Health Insurance Services Contract 19KE5021R0001 Minutes_CO signed), and ii. The conference question and answers to follow. The RFQ submission date is Monday, March 08, 2021 4:00 pm East African Time. The complete offer shall be received by the U.S. Embassy Nairobi Kenya, located at the address indicated in the cover page of the solicitation documents. Original Solicitation The resultant contract will be a firm fixed price contract. The Government has proposed a pre-proposal conference date of Wednesday, February 3, 2021, via Webex; details may be found in Section L 8.1 in the solicitation. The requirement is for Health Insurance services to Local Staff Employees of the Government of the United States of America in Kenya and their eligible dependents. Please note these are only estimated quantities. The anticipated performance is for a base period of twelve months with four twelve-month option periods at the option of the Government. All responsible sources may submit an offer, which will be considered. The solicitation will be issued via Beta.sam (see attached). All contractors must have DUNS number and be registered in the SAM (System for Award Management) Database through the following sites: DUNS – www.dnb.com and SAM/CCR – www.sam.gov prior to contract award pursuant to FAR provision 52.204-7. Note: The response date is firm - Monday, March 8, 2021 by 1600 hours.
