Yard Debris Collection Pre-Solicitation Conference Minutes 19KE5021Q0004 The RFQ submission date is Tuesday, April 20, 2021 4:00 pm East African Time. The complete offer shall be received by the U.S. Embassy Nairobi Kenya, located at the address indicated in the cover page of the solicitation documents. Original Solicitation The requirement is for Yard Debris Collection services for the Government of the United States of America in Kenya. The resultant contract will be a firm fixed price contract type estimated at 2,000 pick-ups per annum. Please note these are only estimated quantities. The anticipated performance is for a base period of twelve months with four twelve-month option periods at the option of the Government. All responsible sources may submit an offer, which will be considered. The Government is planning a pre-proposal conference on Thursday, March 18,2021 at 10:00am. Prospective offerors should send an email to NairobiGSO-Contracts@state.gov no later than 10:00am. East African Time on March 14, 2021, to obtain access to the virtual meeting. The solicitation will be issued via the beta.sam.gov. The successful offeror(s) will be required to have a DUNS number and be registered in SAM/CCR through the following sites: DUNS – www.dnb.com and SAM/CCR – www.sam.gov Note: The response date is firm - Monday, April 9, 2021 by 1100 hours.
