The U.S. Embassy in Nairobi has a requirement for to undertake construction of a residential swimming pool and cabana. Please note that this is a combined synopsis/solicitation for a commercial item, prepared in accordance with the format FAR 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; offers are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. The solicitation number is 19KE5020Q0002 and is issued as a Request for Quotation. The solicitation/contract will include all applicable provisions and clauses in effect through FAC 2020-04/01-15-2020. Items to be acquired: Deliver construction services to U.S. Embassy Nairobi no later than 60 days after contract award. FAR 52.212-1, Instructions to Offerors-Commercial Items, applies to this acquisition. Award will be made to the lowest priced, technically acceptable offeror. Provide a detailed proposal per the statement of work specifications as part of their offer. FAR clause 52.212-4, Contract Terms and Conditions-Commercial items, applies to this acquisition.
