The U.S. Embassy in Kingston requires installation of a double sliding gate and controller assembly at the Bamboo Parking Lot NEC. The contractor must provide all labor, equipment, and materials for demolition of the existing gate and installation of the replacement, including constructing a plinth, repairing the wheel way surface, and adding safety components and signage. The new gate and controllers must meet UL325 and ASTM F2200 standards. Offerors must include Defense Base Act insurance costs for employees. A site visit is scheduled for Tuesday, August 25, 2026.
