The U.S. Embassy in Tokyo, Japan, will issue a future solicitation for a firm-fixed-price, indefinite-delivery indefinite-quantity (IDIQ) contract. A pre-quotation conference will be scheduled, with its date provided in the eventual solicitation. All prospective contractors must be registered in the SAM.gov database before submitting a quotation. Quotations must be submitted electronically, with individual email attachments not exceeding 15MB. The Government may award the contract based on the initial quotation without further discussion.
