The Embassy of the United States in Tokyo, Japan, will launch the solicitation on the SAM.gov website when it is available. The U.S. Embassy Tokyo requires a contractor to perform furnishing and installation services of commercially available entry-system for the U.S. Embassy Apartment Compound in Tokyo, Japan. All responsible sources may submit a quote, which will be considered. The Government may award the contract based on the initial offer without discussion. The Government is planning a pre-quotation conference and the date for this conference will be in the solicitation. All contractors must be registered in the SAM (System for Award Management) Database https://www.sam.gov prior to submitting a quotation pursuant to FAR provision 52.204-7. Therefore, prospective quoters are required to register prior to the submittal of quotations.
