The United States Embassy in Zagreb, Croatia has a requirement to construct wall partitions in the Chancery building on the Embassy compound at Thomasa leffersona Street 2, Zagreb, Croatia, and create new office and storage spaces fully equipped with HVAC, electrical, network and other installations. Enclosed is a Request for Quotations (RFQ) for this portion of construction work. Further details are in Statement of Work document. Please note that there are two bid options as follows - a) Scope of work performed during regular working hours (MON - FRI from 08.00 AM -17.00 PM) b) Scope of work performed outside of regular working hours (MON - FRI from 13.00 PM - 21.00 PM) Potential bidders can quote for option a or option b or both options. If you would like to submit a quotation, your offer must consist of the following: 1. Technical part • Fill in SF- 1442 including complete blocks 14, 15, 16 and 30 as appropriate • Attach all required documents stated in Section] • Fill in Section L as appropriate 2. Pricing part • Fill in Standard Form 1442 block 22 • Fill in Pricing table - Section A 'Price' Pricing part should be separate from technical part - so please send your compete bid as two separate documents. The U.S. Government intends to award a contract to the responsible company submitting an acceptable offer at the lowest price. We intend to award a contract based on initial proposals, without holding discussions. However, we may hold discussions with companies in the competitive range if there is a need to do so. Quotations are due by APR 6th, 12.00 PM. Your quotes have to be submitted via POST and scanned copies have to be sent to: ZagrebBids@state.gov and todoricm@state.gov. Please be aware of SAM registration process (each bidder should register in SAM database). Please note site visit and preproposal conference is planned for MARCH 24th at 14:00 PM. Prospective offerors/quoters should apply for site visit no later than MAR 2pt , 12.00 PM. Application for site visit should be via email (to: todoricm@state.gov) and should contain: • Person(s) arriving to site visit • Company name • ID number • Vehicle model and plate number Please make sure to arrive at least 15 minutes earlier and please do not bring any electronical equipment.
