The U.S. Consulate General Hong Kong and Macau has a requirement for Global Medical Coverage (GMC) insurance coverage for its local engaged employees and their eligible dependents. The anticipated performance is for a base period of twelve months and four one year periods at the option of the Government. All responsible sources may submit an offer, which will be considered. The Government intends to award a contract resulting from this solicitation to the lowest priced technically acceptable offeror who is a responsible contractor. The Government may award the contract based on the initial offer without discussion. The resultant contract will be a firm fixed price type contract. The Consulate intends to conduct a pre-proposal conference call on April 20, 2020, at 14:30 (local date and time) to go through the details of this solicitation. All prospective offerors who have received a solicitation package are invited to join in the conference call. Please see the Cover Letter and Section L of the attached RFP for details or see the link in this notice to join the conference call.
