The U.S. Embassy in Port-au-Prince, Haiti, requires mobile telephone services, including standard monthly services and temporary, on-demand cell phone rentals for special events. Payment for standard services will be made monthly upon satisfactory performance. The contractor must provide temporary additional services with as little as 24 hours' advance notice when ordered. This work cannot be subcontracted.
