The Embassy of the United States in Haiti will launch the solicitation on the SAM.gov website when it is available. This solicitation is for mobile telephone and data services. The U.S. Embassy, Port-au-Prince, Haiti is using 800 (approx.) lines for official purposes and contractor shall provide complete mobile telephones services for the embassy. The anticipated performance period is for a base year, with four one-year option periods, if exercised by the Government. All responsible sources may submit a quotation, which will be considered. The Government may award the contract based on the initial offer without discussion. The resultant contract will be an indefinite-delivery, indefinite-quantity type contract under which firm-fixed-priced task orders will be issued for service.
