The U.S. Embassy in Tegucigalpa, Honduras, is soliciting proposals from qualified public opinion research companies to conduct a program monitoring Honduran sentiment and opinion. The resulting contract will be a firm fixed-price type. Proposals must be submitted electronically in specified formats (MS Word 2007/2010, MS Excel 2007/2010, or PDF), with each email attachment not exceeding 30MB. The government may award the contract based on the initial offer without discussion. Performance will take place in Honduras.
