Offerors must provide complete technical information, including manufacturer, model, dimensions, composition, weights, interlocking features, reflective markings, warranty, and estimated delivery, and any equivalent product must meet or exceed all specifications. The vendor must deliver new, unused items with certificates, warranty, technical data sheets, and English/Spanish instructions, and comply with all terms in the SOW.
