This opportunity is for a firm-fixed-price purchase order to supply, deliver, install, test, and commission one standby emergency diesel generator system for the morgue of the Forensic Medicine Directorate in Choluteca, Honduras. The fixed price must be in USD and must cover all equipment, materials, transportation, installation, testing, commissioning, warranty documentation, and everything needed for a fully operational system. The contract becomes effective upon the Contracting Officer’s signature and remains in force until all items are received and accepted by the U.S. Government. The selected awardee must have an active SAM registration within the first six months of the contract period and maintain it throughout, with an active NCAGE code required at proposal submission. All equipment must be new, clean, and in normal operating ranges, with no grey market or refurbished products, and shipment must be consolidated to prevent loss.
