The Contractor shall provide all necessary labor, materials, and services to plan, design, coordinate, promote, and execute two (2) "America 250 Expo" events—one in Tegucigalpa and one in San Pedro Sula. The events will celebrate the 250th anniversary of the U.S. Declaration of Independence and will be developed in close consultation with the U.S. Embassy. This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial products or commercial services prepared in accordance with the format in subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice.
