No changes to the scope of work are being processed under this amendment ============================== The American Embassy in Tegucigalpa requires preventive maintenance services for several critical Mechanical Equipment and cooling systems within the embassy compound. Please note that this is a combined synopsis/solicitation for a commercial item, prepared in accordance with the format FAR 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; offers are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. These services will ensure that the following equipment remains in optimal operating condition: Modular Chillers Associated Pump Modules Central Station Air-Handling Units (AHUs) and associated Variable Frequency Drives (VFDs) Ventilation Fans, associated VFD´s, Air terminals VAV, Exhaust Fans, Electric Water Heater, Domestic Booster Pump and Storage The anticipated performance period is for one year. All responsible sources may submit a quotation, which will be considered. The Government may award the contract based on the initial offer without discussion. The resultant contract will be a firm-fixed-price type contract. All contractors shall be registered in the SAM (System for Award Management) Database https://www.sam.gov prior to submitting an offer pursuant to FAR provision 52.204-7. Therefore, prospective offerors are encouraged to register prior to the submittal of quotations.
