The contractor shall perform janitorial work, including furnishing all labor, supervision, material, equipment, supplies and services, for the US Embassy premises, OSC and USAID building, Tegucigalpa, Honduras for a total of 27,055.07 Sq. mts. The contract term shall be for one base year plus two one-year options, if exercised. All responsible sources may submit an offer, which will be considered. No paper copies will be mailed. Please see the RFQ for the actual response date and note that no electronic quotes will be accepted. The Government intends to award a contract resulting from this solicitation to the lowest priced technically acceptable offeror who is a responsible contractor. The Government may award the contract based on initial offers without discussion, although we may hold discussions with companies in the competitive range if there is a need to do so. A pre-proposal conference will be held at the Embassy compound. Section 3 provides details. SAM registration is required pursuant to FAR provision 4.1102, and prospective offerors are encouraged to register prior to the submittal of quotes.
