PREVENTIVE MAINTENANCE SERVICE CONTRACT FOR STANDBY DIESEL GENERATORS
The U.S. Embassy in Conakry, Guinea, requires a contractor to perform planned maintenance and inspection services for its low-voltage standby diesel generator systems, including optional maintenance for load banks, automatic transfer switches, and day tanks. The contract covers two scheduled maintenance visits per year—one semi-annual and one annual—with the contractor supplying all personnel, materials, tools, and consumables. Additional initial services include providing spare belts, fuel filters, and water separators to be kept on site. The contractor must coordinate maintenance activities with the Contracting Officer’s Representative at least 72 hours in advance and provide emergency generator support within 24 hours.
