This is a firm, fixed-price contract to provide comprehensive desktop telephone services for approximately 450 lines at the U.S. Embassy in Conakry, Guinea, and it is limited to local companies. The scope includes assessing needs, procuring and installing all equipment, and providing maintenance, training, and 24/7 support. The period of performance is one year with an option to extend for up to three additional years. The contractor must ensure high-quality, uninterrupted service and comply with specific security requirements, including a prohibition on equipment from ZTE, Huawei, and Xiaomi. Payment will be a firm fixed price per month in Guinean Francs (GNF), and Value Added Tax (VAT) is not applicable.
