The contractor must provide a turnkey solution for a 20Mbps "always on" link with specific technical requirements, including four static IPs and unfiltered access. The proposal must include a detailed cost analysis covering the base year and three option years, with a desired cost reduction in the option years. The selected contractor will conduct site surveys and work closely with a designated CDC IT representative throughout the project. A Service Level Agreement (SLA) with quarterly performance reviews is required as a deliverable.
