The U.S. Embassy in Guatemala's Public Diplomacy Section seeks a tourism/logistics operator for integrated ground transportation, meal, and lodging services to support field visits across Guatemala, including remote areas requiring all-terrain vehicles. The contract is a firm-fixed price purchase order for a one-year period from award. The operator will serve as the Embassy's single logistics coordinator for scheduling, vendor management, and paperwork. Performance will take place throughout Guatemala. Offerors must be registered in SAM prior to proposal submission, as failure to do so will make proposals non-responsive.
