The contractor must deliver GIS digital map files, software, training, and system support to the U.S. Embassy Guatemala - INL to update management tools and develop a new geocoder. This is a Firm Fixed Price (FFP) contract, with no additional payments for cost escalations or currency fluctuations. The fixed price must include electronic GIS files, pre-delivery inspection, certificates, manuals in Spanish, and other required documentation. All open-source software must be updated to the latest stable version, and GIS databases will be evaluated on quantity, quality, and update status. Performance is located in Guatemala, and technical specification sheets for GIS layers must be submitted before proposal approval.
