Equipment detailed description will be provided when solicitation is released. Equipment shall be available for delivery at designated site not later than August 15, 2024. The contractor shall provide all required labor, personnel, management, materials, equipment and transportation to supply the required personal protective equipment. Please note this solicitation is not ready to be issued as of this date. The Embassy of the United States in Guatemala will launch the solicitation on www.SAM.gov, website when it is available. All responsible sources may submit a quotation which will be considered. The Government may award a purchase order or multiple purchase orders based on the initial offer without discussion. The resultant purchase will be a firm fixed price purchase order(s). All contractors must be registered in the SAM (System for Award Management) Database https://www.sam.gov prior to submitting an offer pursuant to FAR provision 52.204-7. Therefore, prospective offerors are encouraged to register prior to the submittal of quotations/proposals.
