The Embassy of the United States in Guatemala will issue a solicitation for health and life insurance services for the National Police Force assigned to the Mission. The contractor shall provide all required labor, personnel, management, materials and equipment to supply the required insurance services. Please note that this solicitation is not ready to be issued as of this date. The Embassy of the United States in Guatemala will launch the solicitation on www.SAM.gov, website when it is available. All responsible sources may submit a quotation, which will be considered. The Government may award the contract based on the initial offer without discussion. The resultant contract will be an IDIQ contract. All contractors must be registered in the SAM (Systema for Award Management) Database https://www.sam.gov prior to submitting and offer pursuant to FAR provision 52.204-7. Therefore, prospective offerors are encouraged to register prior to the submittal of quotations/proposals.
