This is an indefinite delivery, indefinite quantity labor-hour purchase order with fixed hourly rates and fixed fees. The hourly rates and fixed rates stated in this purchase order shall include all direct and indirect costs, insurance, overhead, general and administrative expense, and profit. The United States Government (USG) requires legal services in connection with the disposal of properties in Guatemala City, Guatemala.
