Th... The Embassy of the United States in Guatemala will issue a solicitation for Custodial (Janitorial) Services. These requirements may change depending on funding availability in forth coming periods. The embassy estimates that 36,585 SM of janitorial services will be required annually. Anticipated performance is for one base period and four (4) one-year periods at the option of the Government. Major duties and responsibilities are to obtain janitorial services for real property owned or managed by the U.S. Government at Guatemala. The Contractor shall perform janitorial services in all designated spaces including, but not limited to halls, offices, restrooms, work areas, entrance ways, lobbies, storage areas, elevators and stairways. All responsible sources may submit an offer, which shall be considered. Please note this solicitation is not ready to be issued as of this date. The Embassy of the United States in Guatemala will launch the solicitation on www.SAM.gov, Contract Opportunities website when it is available but not later than March 2022. ONLY electronic offers will be accepted.
