The Embassy of the United States in Guatemala will issue a solicitation for the purchase of construction services for the renovation of a property that will be used as housing for the PNC team assigned to the U.S. Embassy – Guatemala. The U.S. Embassy – Guatemala requires an experienced contractor in construction and renovation to perform the upgrades required to this property. The contractor will be required to have a good background on construction and references of other projects will be evaluated as time of performance is mandatory. The Contractor shall deliver the services by the date required in the performance schedule. All responsible sources may submit an offer, which shall be considered. SAM registration is required pursuant to FAR provision 5.207, and prospective offerors are encouraged to register prior to the submittal of quotations/proposals.
