This is a request for quotations for the purchase of two SUVs. The U.S. Government intends to award to the responsible offeror submitting an acceptable offer at the lowest price, based on initial quotations without discussions, though discussions may be held if needed. Quotations must be submitted electronically in MS Word, Excel, or PDF formats, with file size limits per email, and must include the completed SF-1449, pricing section, representations and certifications, and other required documents. Proposals must be in English, and incomplete proposals will not be accepted. Offerors must be registered in the SAM database prior to submission to be considered.
