The U.S. Embassy Tbilisi requires the Contractor to maintain the Vehicle Barriers identified in Attachment 1 in safe, reliable and efficient operating condition. The Contractor shall provide all necessary managerial, administrative, and direct labor personnel, and as well as all necessary transportation, equipment, a good quality and US/EU standard tools, repair parts, supplies and materials required to perform inspection, maintenance, repair, and component replacement as required to maintain the elevators in accordance with the manufacturer's specifications.
