The Embassy of the United States of America invites eligible companies to submit a quotation for Automotive Fuel for US Embassy Tbilisi Official Vehicles. The requirement is for provision of gasoline ocatne 92, 95 and diesel to US Embassy Tbilisi. Estimated annual amount of 150,000 liters total of gasoline and diesel. Anticipated performance is for one base period and four oneyear periods at the option of the Government. All responsible sources may submit an offer, which shall be considered. The Embassy intends to conduct a prequotation conference at the site, and all prospective quoters who have received a solicitation package will be invited to attend. See Section 3 of the attached Request for Quotations (RFQ) 52.237-1 SITE VISIT Quotations must be submitted in a sealed envelope marked "Quotation Enclosed" to the US Embassy Tbilisi, 29 Georgian American Friendship ave. Tbilisi, 0131 Georgia Attn: Procurement Section on or before 17:00 local time (GMT +4) on April 19, 2021. No quotation will be accepted after this time. In order for a quotation to be considered, you must also complete and submit the following: SF-1449 Section 1, Block 23 Section 5, Representations and Certifications; Additional information as required in Section 4, Evaluation Factors.
