The Department of State intends to award a sole-source, firm fixed-price contract to CRDF Global of Arlington, VA, for specialized counternarcotics support and training to the Jordanian government. CRDF Global is considered uniquely qualified based on its past experience and deeply established relationships in Jordan, which could not be easily replicated by another vendor without extraordinary cost and time. Under 41 USC 1901, the government has determined that CRDF Global is the only responsible source able to provide the required counternarcotics support and training. This is not a request for competitive proposals, and no solicitation is available; responsible sources may submit a capability statement for agency consideration.
