CGR Physical Security Upgrade, Jerusalem
The U.S. Embassy in Jerusalem requires a physical security upgrade for the historically significant CGR building, including construction of a safe haven, door/window replacements, wall reinforcement, and historic preservation. A firm fixed-price construction contract is expected to be issued in the fourth quarter of Fiscal Year 2026. Work must comply with historic preservation and security standards, and performance will take place in Jerusalem, Israel. Interested firms must express interest in writing by July 30, 2026, and include a completed checklist to receive the solicitation package. A site visit is tentatively scheduled for August 2026.
