The scope of work requires the successful contractor to provide personnel, equipment, and all necessary resources for provision of German language training services. The contractor shall provide structured instruction across a broad proficiency range, from elementary to general professional proficiency, focusing on speaking, listening, and reading skills. Instruction will include job-relevant vocabulary and content contextualized for Germany, using current events and professionally relevant materials. Language instruction shall prepare learners for FSI proficiency testing and support mission readiness and engagement with host-country stakeholders. The contract covers a one-year base period starting from the issuance of the Notice to Proceed, with four (4) one-year option periods. The performance period is set to commence on September 28, 2025. The solicitation package is anticipated to be issued in June 2025 on SAM.gov with solicitation number 19GE5025R0090.
