The Regional Procurement Support Office in Frankfurt, Germany, intends to issue a Firm Fixed-Price Construction Type Contract in the second quarter of calendar year 2025. The successful offeror shall provide complete demolition services, contract coordination, and supervision, including but not limited to the demolition, debris management, and restoration of the site and construction necessary to meet the requirements of this contract within the established timeframe. The United States Department of State (DOS) Bureau of Overseas Buildings Operations (OBO) requires engineering and construction services for the Demolition of Five (5) Villas in Amman, Jordan. The overall intent of the contractual effort for this project is to have a clean, clear, safe, well compacted and sloped surface after the five villas are demolished, with no possibility of ground settlement and to have the area fenced out, with safe and clean sidewalks surrounding it.
